PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - contact Jennifer at jennifermoves@icloud.com to reserve your spot! This event is FREE. At each session, participants will learn more about meditation and reiki, and will experience a guided group meditation while seated in chairs, including individual mini-reiki treatments to cultivate relaxation and reduce stress. You will leave feeling balanced and refreshed!
