Join us every second Thursday of the month at All the Single Kitties Cat Cafe for gentle yoga with the adoptable rescue cats. This one-hour self-care program starts with a “meet & greet” with the cats, followed by gentle movements and stretches to help you unwind as well as a soothing guided meditation.
