ABOUT JENNIFER:
Jennifer King certified as a Yoga Instructor in 2009, and has enjoyed teaching yoga, meditation, and qigong to older adults since 2010. She is a graduate of the "Integrative Yoga for Seniors" professional training at Duke Integrative Medicine Center in Durham, NC in 2011.
Jennifer is a Certified “Tai Chi Easy” Practice Leader with the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi and is also certified as a Community Instructor of “Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance.”
She has completed three meditation trainings, including the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program with the UMass Medical School Center for Mindfulness; the Boundless Heart Meditation Training with Sharon Salzburg of the Insight Meditation Society; and the “Guiding Meditation & Pranayama” professional module at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
Jennifer has been a Reiki practitioner since 2015 and is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher through Reiki Healing Connection of Asheville, NC.
